CHRISTMAS OFFICE HOURS & DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

 

Dear Customer

As we approach the festive season we would like to make you aware of our arrangements for the Christmas and New Year period. We have tried to limit disruption to our customers who are open over this period. If you would like to discuss delivery arrangements that fall outside of these time please contact Louis in our customer service department and we will try and accommodate you.

For guaranteed deliveries before Christmas please ensure you order by these dates:

CENTRAL LONDON: Wednesday 21 December

OUTSIDE LONDON PARCELS ONLY: Tuesday 20 December

OUTSIDE LONDON PALLET DELIVERIES: Monday 19 December

EXPORT: Tuesday 13 December

Our office hours over the Christmas and New Year period are as follows:

DECEMBER

Friday 23rd: Office closes at 3.30pm, last delivery day before Christmas

Monday 26th: CLOSED – UK Bank Holiday

Tuesday 27th: CLOSED – UK Bank Holiday

Wednesday 28th: Office open 9-2pm; deliveries as required to Central London only.

Thursday 29th: Office open 9-2pm; deliveries as required to Central London only.

Friday 30th: Office open 9-2pm; deliveries as required to Central London only.

JANUARY

Monday 2nd:CLOSED – UK Bank Holiday

Tuesday 3rd:Back to normal office hours and delivery times.
