Christmas Office Hours and Delivery Arrangements

As we approach the festive season we would like to make you aware of our arrangements for the Christmas and New Year period. We have tried to limit disruption to our customers who are open over this period. If you would like to discuss delivery arrangements that fall outside of these times please contact Nick in our customer service department and we will try and accommodate you.

For guaranteed deliveries before Christmas please ensure you order by these dates:

CENTRAL LONDON: Wednesday 21st December
OUTSIDE LONDON PARCELS ONLY: Tuesday 20th December
OUTSIDE LONDON PALLET DELIVERIES: Thursday 15th December
EXPORT: Monday 5th December

Our office hours over the Christmas and New Year period are as follows:

DECEMBER
Friday 23rd: Office & warehouse closes at 12.30pm, last delivery day before Christmas
Monday 26th: CLOSED – UK Bank Holiday

Tuesday 27th: CLOSED – UK Bank Holiday

Wednesday 28th: Open 9-1.30pm; deliveries as required to Central London only
Thursday 29th: Open 9-1.30pm; deliveries as required
Friday 30st: Open 9-1.30pm; deliveries as required

JANUARY
Monday 2nd: CLOSED – UK Bank Holiday
Tuesday 3rd: Back to normal office hours and delivery times
