As we approach the festive season, we would like to make you aware of our arrangements for the Christmas and New Year period. We have tried to limit disruption to our customers who are open over this period. If you would like to discuss delivery arrangements that fall outside of these times, please contact our customer service department and we will try and accommodate you!

For guaranteed deliveries before Christmas please ensure you order by these dates:

CENTRAL LONDON: Friday 20 December

OUTSIDE LONDON PARCELS ONLY: Thursday 19 December

OUTSIDE LONDON PALLET DELIVERIES: Wednesday 18 December

EXPORT: Wednesday 4 December

If you are open during the Christmas holidays, we ask that you order enough stock prior to cover you for this period as we will not be making any deliveries from Wednesday 25th December to Wednesday 1st January inclusive.

Our office hours over the Christmas and New Year period are as follows:

DECEMBER

Tuesday 24nd: office & warehouse closes at 12.30pm (last delivery day before Christmas)

Wednesday 25th: CLOSED – UK Bank Holiday

Thursday 26th: CLOSED – UK Bank Holiday

Friday 27th: CLOSED

Monday 30th: CLOSED

Tuesday 31st: CLOSED

JANUARY

Wednesday 1st: CLOSED – UK Bank Holiday

Thursday 2nd: back to normal office hours and delivery times
