As we approach the festive season we would like to make you aware of our arrangements for the Christmas and New Year period. We have tried to limit disruption to our customers who are open over this period. If you would like to discuss delivery arrangements that fall outside of these time please contact our customer service department and we will try and accommodate you.

For guaranteed deliveries before Christmas please ensure you order by these dates:

CENTRAL LONDON: Wednesday 20th December
OUTSIDE LONDON PARCELS ONLY: Tuesday 19th December
OUTSIDE LONDON PALLET DELIVERIES: Monday 18th December
EXPORT: Monday 4th December

If you are open during the Christmas holidays, we ask that you order enough stock to cover you for this period as we will not be making any deliveries from Monday 25th December to Monday 1st January. Our office hours over the Christmas and New Year period are as follows:

DECEMBER
Friday 22nd: Office & warehouse closes at 12.30pm (last delivery day before Christmas)
Monday 25th: CLOSED (UK Bank Holiday)
Tuesday 26th: CLOSED (UK Bank Holiday)
Wednesday 27th: CLOSED
Thursday 28th: CLOSED
Friday 29th: CLOSED

JANUARY
Monday 1st: CLOSED (UK Bank Holiday)
Tuesday 2nd: Back to normal office hours and delivery times
